BASIC FUNCTION:
This is a hands-on position to lead the effective and reliable operation of finance and accounting activities, supervise the accounting team and to be in charge for all phases of statutory requirement for
Your solid accounting and finance knowledge, business acumen and past experiences with sales and marketing operation and communication skills in dealing with internal and external parties such as distributors, audit and tax professionals, suppliers and various government agencies are critical in ensuring the success of this position.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for the establishment of proper internal controls and an appropriate internal control environment, develop and update the company finance and control policies, procedures, workflows and accounting/finance systems in line with corporate policies and procedures, best practices, local practices and regulatory requirements
2. Ensure that all accounting work/transactions, costing, G/L, A/P, A/R, cash and assets are properly controlled and reported accurately and timely in accordance to strict reporting deadlines and are in compliance with the company’s policies, generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirement.
3. Working with distributors, sales team and material planning department for sales order processing, invoicing, rebate/discount and settlement. and inventory management.
4. Interacting with auditors, tax authorities and related governmental department to coordinate year-end audit and all statutory/tax filings for local government agencies
5. Cash management activities including cash flow, banking relations and issues, lines of credit, inter-company netting process and treasury to support the company operation.
6. Team building, coaching and developing staff.
7. Assist in company budget, planning and analysis and business operation support including ad hoc assignment from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or related discipline
Preferred: CPA/ACCA qualifications will be highly regarded Experience:
Minimum: At least 12+ years accounting (and auditing) working experiences including 3-5 years in supervising or management role in MNC (multi-national companies).
Preferred: Working experience in fast growing non-manufacturing, non-exportation demotic sales and marketing organization; healthcare industry is a plus but not a must.

SPECIFIC POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices and principles (PRC and US GAAP) and local tax regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated financial leadership - proven ability to influence operational management decision-making based on financial reasoning
- Possess business acumen with highly developed analytical skills to see financial and accounting issues in abroad context
- Process oriented with strong organization skill attention to detail and an ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills that can interact professionally with all levels in the organization including overseas affiliates and regional and HQ offices and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions
- Possess capability to prioritize numerous tasks, meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Upbeat, self-motivated personality with proven ability to take initiative with a strong customer focus
- Proven people management ability that can development and motivate team to produce quality materials within tight time frames and with continuous improvement on process and procedures
- Native Chinese speaking with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral, written, listening and presentation)
- Good computer skills, familiar with financial system (JDEdwards experience is strongly preferred). Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience with database query and reporting packages such as
