招聘职位：FP&A Supervisor

Reporting Structure

Division: FAIT
Department: Finance - Reporting Team
Location: Beijing

Principal function of position

This position will primarily be responsible for improve the quality of consolidated management reporting, planning, and analysis. To build and facilitate the FP&A team and ensure the objectives achieved.

Principal accountabilities of the position

1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the monthly management reports and continued improvement of report quality.
2. Supervision of monthly departmental, provincial and G&A P/L reports.
3. Review / coordinate assets and liabilities analysis, especially in Financial Metrics report.
4. Review monthly Short Board report, Long Board report, quarterly Australia reporting package and semi-annual CAT CDBG reports.
5. Work with external auditors for fiscal year audit.
6. Assist senior management team and coordinate with Divisional GMs, Sales Admin/Commercial Managers and Accountants in periodic forecasting and annual business plan.
7. Perform ad hoc projects and analyses as required by management.
8. Coach and inspire team members.

Selection Criteria

· Essential Criteria

o    Be familiarity with PRC accounting and tax law as well as International Financial Reporting Standards.

o    A Specialist in financial statement consolidation, especially of the investment under the equity method.

o    Strong excel skill is a must.

o    Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across functions & at different levels within the organization.

o    Being meticulous and possess good analytical skills.

o    Ability to motivate the team in meeting corporate objectives.

o    Ability to work and perform well under pressure.

o    A team facilitator, complete objective timely subject to changed condition.

o    Strong morale and esprit de corps.

· Preferred Criteria

o    Working experience in manufactory industry or dealership business.

o    Coaching and mentoring skills.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting.

· ACCA, CIMA, CMA or CPA qualified or finalist.

· Minimum five years experience in finance with at least two or three years experience in a managerial position in MNC.
